..that has a list of the simple/free performance mods to be done to these trucks? I see within other threads people mentioned a carbon filter delete and a few other mods. I was hoping there'd be a sticky with how-to's or links or something but I haven't found anything.

The carbon filter delete does not help on the 5.7L. People should actually measure and test these mods to see if performance improves instead of just sucking them up. That said, it did help the gen 1 4.7L.

Oh ok.. I've just seen it mentioned in threads recently about the 5.7 so I wasn't sure.
