2011 4wd crewmax. I installed a 3/1.5 leveling kit and 2" wheel spacers about 6 months ago. No issues. 2 months ago I got 275/70 r18s installed. No issues. I just removed the wheel spacers because the steering wheel would shake a bit at highway speed and it was annoying me. The vibration disappeared, but now it sounds like my tires are rubbing at full turn, but they aren't.

It would be a weird coincidence that as soon as I removed the spacers the CV went for a crap. Any thoughts?

Will I be able to tell if the CV is bad if I jack it up and rotate the tire?
