I have a 2012 DC with 262,000 miles on it. I have done nothing except routine maintenance, brakes and a battery.I have 40 thousand on my Tundra now and I am wondering as the miles accumulate are your trucks still dependable? What is the hightest mileage 2007 to present Tundra out there and has it been a good truck after 100,000 miles?

Do you use load-leveling torsion bars on your hitch or just hook it up and go? Rear end looks a little low with the camper hooked up. I only ask because I haul a camper - just bought a new-to-me '14 SR5 and have always used a load-leveling hitch with torsion bars. Wondering if I'm going to need to purchase helper springs...2000 4X4 Access cab 4.7L with 186K and change. Almost broken in.
To be fair, I bought it from my FIL with over 150K for two reasons.
1: I know how ridiculously meticulous and anal he is about maintenence (Handed me a log book with every tank of gas) and
2: Ummm, it's a Toyota!
