I have an 04 2wd tundra and Ive just had new quickstruts installed.

All parts ordered I was told was OEM height however the front is now 2" higher than previous setup.

I have 4 months new Bilstein on the back and monroe on the front. Doesnt seem the monroe is adjustable.

So I need to level it out somehow.

Is there an easy and cheap fix for this?

I see there is such a thing as a 'shock extension'

Could that be a solution to just raise the rear up to match the front end?
