What do you do, soak it, drink a beer, then rinse it off, done? Or do you actually have to wash it too? Whats the cost of the foam, and how many washes is it good for?

The truck wasn't "dirty" today so a foam and rinse would've been enough. I foamed a second time and went over it with a MF as I'm getting ready for a compound, polish and wax. I used 2oz of soap vs 30oz of warm water in the bottle. I could probably get by with 1oz but I like a lot of foam.

edit: I also let it soak for about 3 minutes before rinsing

For thick shaving cream like foam, yes

Foamers are awesome. A great foaming soap, and inexpensive as well is Meguiars Hyper Wash. I use mine to foam the house too before I pressure wash it. I foam it with Einszettes W99, then rinse.
