I just thought that y'all would be the people to ask.
My wife has a 2001 Toyota Sequoia and have figured out that the reason I can not find any "fix it" information or any after market mods to do to this vehicle is because the people that drive Sequoia's do not work on their own stuff. They just take it to the service deptartment.

I drive, service, repair(rarely) my Chevy truck and can find anything I want on the inerternet to help me fix or install what I need.
That is when it hit me.

Ask the Toyota truck people.
I thought that this place would be a better wealth of knowledge because truck people work on their own stuff and with the Sequoia based on the Tundra platform here I am.

I found the 4.7 thread at the top of the page but I want to learn more about lift kits, suspension, 4X4, after market bolt on's and just stuff that the non-tinkerers do not do.

Is there any help for me in here?

Thanks for the reply.

I wish there were people that modified their Sequoia and a site for them to post the results.

ToyotaNation has a spot on their page but very very little info. It is mostly just people talking about their problems and how much the dealer charged them to fix it.:banghead:

The first gen Sequoia is on the same frame as the first gen Tundra. A good majority of the engine, brakes & suspension parts as well as wheels, etc are interchangeable.

Thanks.
Good stuff to know.
We bought this vehicle used and it had 20" rims that I have never really cared for so to know that Tundra stock wheels fit makes me happy.

It has 210,000 miles and in the past two years the lower ball joint on the passenger side has broken twice.

Those are two stories in themselves.
