I know this might be a stupid ? but I need help understanding the headlights on my 05 SR5. I don't really like the daytime lights so if I put HID's in as my headlight will that change the DRL? Also there is another little light in the headlamp assembly what is that for? Any info would be great! Thanks!

Looking to purchase HID's! What bulbs do I need for:
Headlamp?
Fogs?
What K is everyone running?
What watt 35, 55, or 100w?

Specs for the lights can be found at pilothid.com. You can google the spec for e bulb numbers, I have a 2011 so I can't help ya on that part. Not a big fan of hids so I know very little but this is what I do know so hopefully this may help. As far as what 'k' everyone is running that's solely up to you on the color.

Unplug the DRL resistor in the engine compartment (against the driver side fender wall, behind the battery)
