I want to install doug Thorley headers on my tundra, I was looking at the long tube set, how hard would they be to install my self and will they bolt directly up to my stock exhaust, if not what would I have to get to make them work?

Before you go that route, you might want to read this thread... Better option on the horizon :)

the thorley's will bolt right on, however, the stock mid pipes need to be cut and adapted to the headers. the stock mid pipes have 2" pipe hidden inside of em. You get huge gains with the thorley long tubes, but the gains would be even bigger if you built all new mid pipes.

better off buying another brand.better and cheaper.they will all need mods to midpipe so install is the same.
figure about 5 or so hours.
