Well new to me and first time tundra owner. Pulled my 27' jayco camper for first time. I have to say I have had dodge hemi's and chevy gas and a duramax. Other than the duramax, hands down the tundra made very easy work of the camper. Going into steep grades not even a hint of struggle from the 5.7. No RPM spikes (like the hemi), didn't even break 3K rpm.

Suspension was also great, much firmer than my dodge and not bouncing up and down all over the road.

I also only use my tow/haul when needed (heading into a grade).

Just thought I would share this.

She does the job very well - I only had a 2 yard dump trailer with fresh cut fire wood and it was no problem at all and made life easy not having to worry.

The Tundra with the 5.7 is a beastly tow tool!
