So Yesterday on my way back home my Corsa cat-back started to rattle, very Fkng annoying!

Got under the truck and inspected the area and confirmed that the clicking noise was coming from the inside of the muffler, sound like the chambers are loose

I sent an email to Corsa this morning hopefully is not like dealing with tech12volts.

Nope, I took the cat back apart to inspect the inside of the muffler, the main pipe is clear and there is now way something could go inside the chambers, the holes inside the muffler has some type of filters.

The inner main pipe is solid, it has to be one of the chambers, I was reading on different forums that Corsa has that problem in different models :/

Same thing happened to a set of borlas I had on my v6 mustang. If corsa is as good as them, they will replace them.

Be sure to keep us posted on any progress,Corsa hasn't impressed me much since they dropped the availability of their Touring catbacks.(2010+):lame:If I didn't have my Touring muffler on my Corsa catback, I'd certainly be a Bamuffler customer!

Its friday on springbreak weekends...lol. It'd be an easy fix. They'll send you a new one and you just swap it out.

Talked to Tim @ Corsa Performance before leaving for vacation and got the muffler replacement at not charge

Awesome costumer service.

I installed the new muffler already, some how it sounds different, but I like it

How long is Corsa warranty? Also did you have to send the broken one back in or do they let you keep it so you can cut it up and see what's going on inside?
