Coachbuilder +2's and a review

These are not yet installed, they will be this afternoon if the Post Office hurries up  I will post pics and a review for the product itself after that. Until then, I have to share my experience in dealing with Coach for others looking.

I ordered on Sunday letting him know I needed them ASAP to make an appt I had. He searched ALL shipping avenues and made it happen. When I ran the tracking info it showed that it was a day behind so I had to cancel my appointment (post office's fault, not Coach). I was pretty bummed out as my schedule doesn't allow me much time during the week to get things done and this was going to push the install out nine days. ANY other seller would have shipped and been done with the transaction. Not Coach. He was obviously checking up on the shipping more than me as he knew before I did that they were out for delivery a day early (and it wasn't because he had the email tracking on because I had it on as well). I have never dealt with a vendor that took so much of their time to help out their customers. I deal with a lot of awesome vendors/shops. I have dealt with Coach ONE TIME and get as good, if not better, service from him as I get from the vendors I have used several times. If you are looking for shackles, you will be quite happy with your dealings with Coach.

Gotta ask.. what appointment did you have to cancel because you didn't have +2 shackles?
Truck was going in to Sierra Expeditions to get a knocking in the front end diagnosed. I wanted to knock the two out in one shot as they are about 50 miles from me and there is no use in wasting time and money putting the truck in the air twice.

I'm sorry I have to disappoint you but,............. we already know all that and when you receive them you are going to say "my God, they are build like tanks, they will last longer than the truck" and when you install them, you will say. "My ride improved, it feel more balance and handle better" :D:D:D Awesome seller. When I installed mine he was on the phone with me guiding me. 6 out of 5 stars ;)

Glad you decided on the shackles Brock, David (Coach) really is beyond awesome to deal with which is why half the stuff on my truck was made by him. As you have heard many times, his product is just as good as his service as well. It's always good to see people initiate threads like this to give kudos when deserved!

So the mailman didn't get these dropped off until 4:45, totally blew my appointment at Sierra Expeditions. Found the problem causing my knocking, but no time for the shackles. Tried to do them at home and found I do not have tall enough jack stands. Guess I gotta wait. This is like getting a bike for Christmas back home in Ohio, just gotta look at it for awhile.

Installed! First impressions are, pain in the ass to install with an AAL. Took one hanging from the leaf, one adjusting the shackle, and one putting the bolt in. The AAL really stiffens that spring up. Rides great, tracks nicer on the freeway, and has a solid planted feel flyin down backroads. Again, pics > all, so here ya go! Thanks again Coach!

FWIW, with CB +2, Toytec AAL, and Airlift 5000s with 5psi I am at a 43.25 ground to fender height in the rear. 42 ground to fender front so its a nice rake. Love this setup!

Looks great. I wonder if anyone is going to attempt to break their shackles....lol

Not to throw your thread off, but I don't think you did say what your knocking diagnoses turned out to be.

I posted the fix in my other thread. Basically a loose bolt was letting the lower control arm move around.
