I am in Virginia, and we have our share of "insect impacts" on the windshield.

I know different parts of the world have much worse. What are your methods of cleaning? Wipers and the wash spray do not often handle it.

Would one of those stone and chip guards create enough airflow to deflect bugs over the windshield?

Do you have BDA data on that?

Not a lot. I have one and still have a bug covered windshield from my last drive across VA.

Rainex on the window helps. I spray it off with my pressure washer a lot, scrub it every time at the gas station, and wash it once a week.
