any of you guys have any idea what might cause the bushing to do that ?

i have a 3" front and 1" add-a-leaf heavy duty OME, and offroad bumpers.

How many miles?

Looks pretty much just worn out.
Electromagnetic pulses from solar flares
.......I mean wear and tear
Looks like the genius who installed your lift left out the spacer

looks like i am that genius, but i swear i didn't see any spacer in the kit for it.

the other side has what looks like a block in there for it...maybe it fell out during install.

do you know where i could get another one ?
I've never heard of using a block on the sway bar when doing a 3" or less leveling kit...

All Lifts will eat the front end parts faster than stock after many miles..

only been about 10k miles since the lift...

can some of you guys take a few picture of your sway bar bushings ?
mine look new still...

I know because I lubed them hoping that was where my squeak was coming from.

AND I have no block in there. If your opposite side does, just make one out of the same thickness material, maybe 1/4 inch aluminum flat stock...

hmmmmm

seems to me that there is a block attached to the bushing on the drivers side!

DRIVERS SIDE:

part #2 - see that little block on top of the bushing?

PASSENGER SIDE:

part #15 - no block..

so now i just need to find out if anyone makes an aftermarket bushing :)~

I never even took the bushings or the bolts for the bushings out when I did mine.

I kinda cheated, especially the second time around lol. But I understand what you mean.
I don't get what the big deal is, replace the bushing. it's easy and cheap:
