What size are the bolts used to secure the bed rails on the Tundra? Not sure if that's the correct wording, but the little rails that you can use to tie stuff down with.
Thanks

Not sure which one I need. They’d be going in along the inside of the bed, where the slide railings would go. There’s like four holes along each side of the bed.
Go to Home Depot, buy some M6 X 25mm? in the quantity needed, take them home and try them. If they don't fit, take them back, and get a refund.
Torx 30 would be the recess in the button head, and the bit size needed to remove, but button-headed Torx 30 probably can't be found at HD. Adjust to a different style head or go to your local Toyota dealer.
At your Toyota dealer, asking for Torx 30 screw might get you an M6 X 1 fastener after several more questions such as, "Thread size?", "Length?" The guy behind the counter will likely just cut to the chase with the obvious question, "Where are you using this?"
At any other store that sells threaded fasteners (maybe not in Canada), asking only for a Torx 30 fastener could also deliver 1/4" - 20 SAE thread. Specifying Torx 30 is indeterminate. Torx 30 is a size of the recess design in the head, and it's suitable for 1/4" or 6mm threaded fasteners. The M6 X 1 thread comes with a variety of head styles.
If you want any size fastener, head over to McMaster-Carr. In my opinion, it's the best organized website in the world.
