for some reason I was tossing around this idea the other day looking at morimoto... I thought I had seen some clear lenses you can but and try to make a sealed unit on the front side with by using blank fog light inserts.

Ohh, yea, I was thinking this because I am still driving the dealers tundra instead on mine and light output sucks, was looking at the fog inserts and got to thinking.

That is what I was afraid of, but is it possible to swap projector bowls with the lenses? Also should I do the high beam on the fogs? If so can I connect it to my high beam switch with a load resistor? Or should I use a separate switch?
You can't swap bowls, the output will be out of focus.

Where r u going to get the power for the projectors, if you connect them into the fog light harness then the will go off when you flash your hi beams, you'll have to connect the projectors into the low beam harness or install and hid relay harness.

You can tap the solenoid wires from the projectors into the high beam harness.

Rytek, your projectors are probably sitting to far back

It might also because I pushed the fender liners as far up as I could to get tire clearance. I have to still have to go back in there to rework them

Do a fog bypass. I can have low & high beam and fogs all on at the same time.
