Ok so Im a lazy bastard and can screw anything up. Anyone make a plug and play headlight assembly that looks like a BHLM but with projectors and maybe halos?

yup, many light companies do.

AAC, Lightwerks, and a few of the members here do (probably cheaper)

check with Big Tundra & pazorell69, believe they both do this.

I'm slowly working on one myself, taking me longer than I wanted due to travel and work, but its fun.

The ebay lights do not have the motor which allows you to adjust the headlights..
no matter what you do, you have to remove them from your truck, and inevitably you will rip the little plastic pins that hold the panel under the head lights...
