I need a bigger truck and I need one now. I dont want to have to switch to a GM product but if they dont give one to me for less then MSRP I will have too

Hey I'll check with my local toyota dealer and see if he has any connections up there.
sounds good let me know
I just ordered my 5.7 standard cab 4x4 in Kingston. the dealer here was good for about 3.5 - 4 % of MSRP. I can't confirm exact % but I got the impression that the more the cost the better the discount. My guess is you would be good for about 5%.
i would say buy GM, at least your getting a long lasting and reliable truck
then why are you on a tundra site chevyman??
I just traded my 04 Chev Trailblazer because i could not keep it out of the shop. Real lemon. Best move I ever made when I bought my Tundra. I'm also from Canada...

Hey, if you don't mind how much did you get your truck for? Just wondering what kinda deals people are getting up there...
Dascrow, Paid $40,035.00 CND for it. That's the 4x4, 4.7l with the B-Package, Also includes side bars and liner.

Just traded in my 06 ac limited for a Dcab 5.7l with offroad package and only pain $8000. I think thats a good deal what do you think?
Just sign the papers for a DCab 5.7L 4x4 TRD package.
MSRP $42,325 CAN discounted to $39,700 CAN
out the door with extras $47,500.00 includes /PDI/FRT$1390.00/Gov AirTax$100/Tax PST/GST(14%)
extras:
Etching/Bed Mat/Block Heater
I Order A 07 C Pack Of ROAD 4.7L DC CAB. APRIL 11 A IT SHOULD BE IN MAY 3 PD 45.700 OUT THE DOOR NOW HE TELL ME IT SHOULD BE IN MAY 10
This is what I paid.

I bought the DCab 5.7 C(package they call it)...navigation, backup camera, 20" rims, leather etc... for $49000 plus GST... I am not sure how great a deal this was. It also included side-bars and any other accessories I want at dealer cost (not sure how this one will work).
But, I still have to wait 1 month for my truck.

One thing that helped in my negotiations, was my willingness to shop elsewhere. When the sales manager heard me say I'd drive across the province to get the best price, he took a lot more than the original $1000 he offered off the MSRP.

One thing to add. Check out CarCostCanada.com for wholesale prices. This is where I gathered all my info on the Tundra prices before I negotiated a deal. It is a great site for those buying new vehicles.

In reply to Dcab4x4TRD

Where is the dealer that you got your Tundra from, I am thinking of trading my 05 DC TRD for Double Cab, 4x4, 5.7 Long Box with package C

Checked one dealer, and they would not budge off the MSRP of $44115.00 plus the box liner and block heater. Still don't know why Toyota does throw
in the block heater when GM, Ford and Chrysler do.

Any information would be appreciated

Thanks
