I started the truck up today after running into a store and the AC didn't turn on. Took me a few seconds to realize I had no cool air blowing. The blower control was set at the second position which is where it was when I started the truck and when I turned it off. In order to get air I had to turn the blower to the off position and then back on. After that all was good. It's never done it before and hasn't done it again. My warranty is up at the end of January so if this sounds like something going out I definitely want to take it in and at least get it documented.

I've noticed on my 2014 SR5 manual AC/heat that sometimes the blower switch is left in-between settings.
It doesn't take much to be off the setting.
When that happens and I start the truck, I get what you experienced, it doesn't come on at all until I turn the knob.
