My 2010 Tundra Double Cab currently has the stock, base, stereo unit, no bluetooth, and no backup camera.
I would like to replace it with a touch screen unit that will interface with my iPhone.
I'm not even sure if it exists but here is what I'm looking for....

1. From what I can see, Apple CarPlay locks you into using specific app for navigation, music... I don't want this as I use Waze for navigation and Amazon for music so is there any system that will just mirror my device (Mirror Link??)?
2. Hands free phone use
3. Messaging to the head unit
4 I'll eventually add a backup camera so I would need that interface also.

I got the Pioneer myself, based on recommendations and needs. I think I got the 5800 off amazon for pretty damn cheap. The bluetooth integration, phone, and backup camera work great. Sound is improved over stock as well. For price, I don't think you can go wrong.
