Hi guys I am trying to put a pair of 6x9 pioneers in the front but the are too thick and hit the panel when I try to put it back on also the window rail is kinda in the way and the magnet is also large is there any mods I could do? Please help

it hits the panel and the glass? if so there is nothing you can do
this

if you are hitting the plastic then a spacer would not help you (or it has already helped you too much). cut the plastic and get aftermarket grills or get a different brand speaker

You will need a combination of:

1) A properly-spaced baffle (hit up PJC on the forums -- he makes great ones)
2) A speaker with no more than 2.95" of top-mount depth (assuming 1-1/4" spacer)

We put Kicker CS 6x9 speakers in my front doors without any problem. We cut the mounting bracket from the factory 6x9 speakers and reused for the Kickers. Then we trimmed the plastic on the inside of the door panel at the grill. We cut off all the plastic on the inside of the grill that was touching the speaker. Worked like a charm!
