Hey Gang,
I have been searching the forums this morning, looking for any pictures of what it would look like if I were to put on a LRO lift/level, and kept my stock 18" wheels and tires. I eventually want to upgrade and go bigger, but I can't do it all right now. Would it look too silly to do the lift now, and should I just wait to do it all at once?

Does anybody have pics of their truck with a 3/1 lift and roughly 32-33" wheels and tires? Thanks!

Waiting to do mine also. Want to have the tires and wheels bought and ready to go. Saw a leveled Tundra the other day with stock tires/wheels and it confirmed to me how crappy it really looks.

Save up and do it all at once.

Not too bad.

Aw, heck, that ain't bad. I was expecting it to look like a grown man wearing women's shoes.
After seeing this picture, I probably will go for the lift/level for now, and add new wheels ans tires soon.

Yep. That is basically what my truck would look like with a 3" lift and the wheels I have on it now. I don't think it looks bad at all. On the other hand, it still looks better with something closer to a 35" wheel/tire combination.

Yeah I'm fine with it mainly because these tires came on it and they are almost new. I will get a larger tire for sure when these need to be replaced. we'll see if I feel the same when my rims come back from the powder coater. They will be all black and the tires will be white letters in, so they make look even smaller...

yea its not horrible, I'm running a ready lift 3 and 2 with stock rims and tires. def would look better with bigger tires, but I saw no point in wasting good rubber which Is all ready paid for, and that you won't see your money back on them if you try to sell them. so I say go for it, not every every ones cup of tea, but who cares eff them..

Seeing these pictures, I may go this route also. Mine is at stock height with stock tires. But for me with four children, my modding comes slowly and in increments. I was originally planning to get a lift/leveling kit when I get new tires. But I may do this first. Besides, my stock tires have only little over 9k on them.

Yup. I checked out the thread with installation video on Coahbuilder's shackles. I think I would rather go that route than the 1" billet aluminum spacer.

Back to the ol' drawing board.

here is my truck when I put on the LRO 3/1 last year with stock wheels:

Here are my just arrived 18x9 Fuel Kranks w 295.70.18 Nitto Trails:

Once installed, I will post updated pics. From far away, the 3/1 with stock doesn't look too bad. Nor does it look bad from the front or rear view. From the side, they do look a bit small especially when you compare them to a truck with bigger tires. But, it is passable until you can buy bigger tires.

Looks good! I would love to see before and after pics when you put on your new wheels.

You know, I just realized today that with the lift, it will look pretty much like the rear wheel does now.
