A 275/65/20 on a stock rim will require you to bend up the outside edges of the factory skid plate. At full lock the tires will rub if the skid plate is not tweaked. If you go with a TRD PRO skid plate then there are no clearance issues.

The above is all based on experiences with my combo- 275/65/20 bfg k02 on a stock limited 08 rim with 6112/5160 (6112s on second ring from the top)
