I just put on a set of 2957018 Toyo Open country M/T on my TRD Pro. I used the stock rims. I read a lot that people had done this and had no rubbing. I put on 1.5" spacers and love the look. Problem is I have major rubbing on the front outer wheel well. I removed the front flap and no change. When I turn the wheel all the way to the right, the tire is buried against the bumper. Any ideas? Only pic I have at the moment is of the rear.

Some people have no rubbing with stock rims and NO spacers. Your spacers moved the offset from +60 to +22. That's not bad, but that's why you are rubbing.

Loosen the front plastic liner (screws on the bottom) and redrill some holes in it to move it forward.

If you are rubbing on metal parts then I'd get an alignment and instruct them to move the wheels rearward a bit.
