So. I have been gathering information from a few dealers locally and recently obtained some valuable information about a new 2017 CM 5.7L 4x2 White SR5 TSS Black edition. Here it is:

Base price: $29, 625

Options: (Dealer pricing)
SR5 Upgrade pkg: $1048
Fender Flares: $495
Cargo Bed Lt: $189
Spray-on Bedliner: $429
TSS Black Package: $4295
P2 (Protection package): $129

Plus all other dealers fees including Delivery, TMF, Holdback, Etc...$3400 ish

MSRP: $42, 072.00 Dealer Cost (True invoice): Approximately $39,693.00

Dealer told me he would sell for $500 under his invoice before any rebates/incentives. I don't know if that offer was just for this specific vehicle on his lot or would apply to all TSS's. I'm sure there may be a little wiggle room in there if they lose more of their holdback just to move some metal, but I don't expect that. $800 - $1000 profit seems fair to me. I mean they gotta pay employees, keep the lights on, etc...

I've been quoted this on the same truck:
MSRP: $43,993.00
Sales Price: $39,921.00
That's before rebates at Family Toyota Burleson, TX.

I have the same truck but + 4x4 + leather - I got mine for 39k +TTL so I think you would be able to get at least 2k lower.
Where did you get yours in Dallas?
