Does anyone have a clue why my trailer brake controller isnt working on my 2016 Tundra Limited it doesnt show that I'm even connected to the trailer on my screen but all trailer lights work. I bought the truck last year and just purchased a 20' box trailer so I'm just now finding this out is it possibly a fuse of so which and where thanks in advance

If it’s a 4 pin trailer connector, the truck does will not recognize you are connected to a trailer.

It's not the 4 pin it's the big plug its 20' dual axle trailer with electric brakes so it should come up on my screen when I connect to the trailer from my understanding
