What better task for the new pressure washer and MTM Hydro Cannon than cleaning up my 2013 Rock Warrior. It's been a little neglected over the last couple years but I finally got down to it. I tried followed Jumbo's advice.

1. Spray it down with the pressure washer
2. Foam Cannon
3. Rinse with pressure washer
4. Foam again and wash with a MF mitt and bucket with grit guard
5. Rinse with pressure washer
6. Dry with leaf blower and go over with a MF towels.
7. Clean with Nanoskin Autoscrub
8. Griot's Garage with Menzerna FG400 and yellow pad, followed by SF4000 and orange pad, topped with 2 coats of Power Lock and red pad.
9. I'm going to top the Power Lock with two coats of Collinite 845 in a week.

I had some bad scratches and swirls and they all came out for the most part. I'm very happy with the finished product. I only buffed the bed of the truck. I have to do the cab in a couple weeks.

Sorry for the sideways pictures. I don't know how to straighten them.

Aw man, that came out beautiful! I love that color. Glad everything worked out so well for you. And a big thank you for taking pictures in full sun. :)

Looks good! I scribbled down a bunch of great info from Jumbo's threads before I performed a deep correction 1.5 years ago. My 2013 RW is long overdue for a little love - this single stage black is the softest/worst paint ever.

RW FTW!
