I have 255/70/18 stock tire size and what to upsize. I plan to get a 2.5-3" Rancho Quicklift for the front. What are the biggest tires I can run without further modification?

I searched and I'm not finding an answer. Can some one chime in. I figure 275/65/18 would fit. But would 275/70/18 fit without further modifications?
