Hello all any insight would be hugely appreciated!

We just purchased a beautiful used 2011 Tundra 5.7L limited with only 100k. We are now noticing a loud growling noise that only presents itself when we hit 45mph and stops at 50mph. It seems like it's coming form the rear drivetrain but I'm not certain. I put it in neutral and then turned off the truck going 48mph and it continued to growl and it doesn't seem to be connected in anyway to gearing or acceleration. I'm by no means overly good when it comes to mechanics, any ideas? I have called the car lot and hoping that they help. TIA!

Update....Toyota replaced the front diff and now are replacing the rear diff ... Lady said in all the years she has worked there she has never seen a front and rear diff get replaced on the same truck. I guess they drained the rear fluid and a ton of metal was in there, fingers crossed this fixes the growl. 4 weeks now they have had my truck
