I have already checked both 30a fuses under the hood, both test out just fine.

Fortunately, I have a 2007 Tundra with the same adapter cable and P3 controller - so swapping both cables and controllers let me verify the problem is indeed with the Sequoia.

Interestingly, I do find 12V power at the harness, but on different pins on each vehicle. For example, in the Tundra, the thick black cable on the harness provides +12V to ground. On the non-working Sequoia harness, the same pin shows no voltage. However, the thin green wire (pin directly above the thick black one) does have +12V to ground on the Sequoia but not on the Tundra.

Given that it's neither fuse under the hood, is it possible that the trailer harness is different between the 07 (Gen2) Tundra and the 11 (gen2) Sequoia?

FWIW, I'm using this adapter cable with this Tekonsha controller.

Can anyone provide a pin-out or think of any reason why the 12V is different (even though wire color and location are identical) or think of other troubleshooting steps?
