I have a 2010 Tundra Double Cab with a 3/1 leveling.

I want to put 20X9 35x12.50 on it. No Fender Flares yet

There is so much information on here that i i have read and now i am confused. I am not sure what offset i should use so that all i have to do is remove the front mud flaps and maybe push back the plastic inside. I also don't want to throw rocks against the side of the truck since i don't have flares yet.

What would be the best offset so i don't have to body mount chopping or stick out to far.

Any help and/or pictures would be appreciated.

Don't hold me to this but IIRC the magic number is +25mm. But on a realistic note, when I had a 3/1 and 35's I had to get a BMC with fuel hostages 18x9 +14.

+25 will stick out. Your best bet is +35 to +50mm. They are not so common in that range but it will minimize the work you need to do.

You may have good reasons for picking 20" but there are more options ~35" tires for your Tundra on 18" wheels. All have been normalized to 9" width wheels using the 40% rule (1 inch of wheel width changes the tire width ~0.4"), and are "averages" based on actual specs. The 305/70s tend to be the largest diameter and are also quite wide, so hardest to fit. 325/65s are the same dia as 35x12.5s typically but are wider.

295/70r18 (~34.3x12.0)
285/75r18 (~34.8x11.7)
305/70r18 (~35.1x12.6)
35x12.5r18(~34.6x12.1)
325/65r18 (~34.6x12.8)

+30 should do well and will be the most common offset offered on 20x9 after market wheels.
