If it is very small, wash the engine bay, de-grease it, then watch it... See if very small leak is really a seep that over the last 20k made dirt stick to it or if it is actually leaking...

Yea, it is...

Shops are supposed to look for the little things and let you know, otherwise when it becomes a major leak and you had no idea at all it seems that most people tend to try to kick it back to them as if they are doing something devious when in reality it was an issue all along and just got worse... This pertains especially to leaks.

Some dealers are shady tho and will just say it's leaking and it is just a lil seep and not an issue...
