As far as looks go, that is a good looking truck. I think I would leave it alone.
However, 37s, about a 5.20 gear ratio, and a super charger would be the direction I would lean toward.

I do not know what brand lights to get but I know what not to get and that would be the cheap China made crap. I just finished working on a friends 2011 Tundra that I talked her into buying. The previous owner placed LED bulbs in the front head lights, high beams and turn signals. The headlights and high beams bulbs have a relay in the wiring and it appears you have to wire it to the factory wiring. They also have cooling fins on the back of the bulbs and they seem fine. The blinker lights were just bulbs had no relay and had started to melt the bulb housing consistently on both sides. It also made the blinkers blink at twice the rate like the stock tundra bulbs do when one is burned out letting you know there is a problem. There were no LED in the rear.

This same gal had a RAM that someone had also placed LED bulbs in without the cooling fins and relays. The truck kept throwing codes for electrical lighting. My son took a look at the light bulbs and found that the LED bulbs had also melted the bulb housings. When he replaced the LED bulbs with the stock bulbs the electrical issues went away. The rest of the truck was typical RAM and that is junk and why she now has a Tundra.
