I am unable to get the seat back to collapse so I can access the jack, etc.

I have released the lever at the base of the seat, but the back does not collapse. I tried both sides, no movement whatsoever, rock solid.

Releasing the lever does allow the seat bottom to raise.

I must be missing something - like another lever?

Any help would be appreciated.
