Probably nothing bad if routine maintenance has been kept up. When was the timing belt/water pump done last? Drive it to see if it feels tight and check out the engine and get under it to check for any oil leaks. Check the steering rack for major leaks.

I'd just make sure it's on it's third timing belt and you should be good to go. Assuming it drives well

I've got 150k on mine and she still runs like new aside from some scrapes and dirt
