Poop your flush with factory at +20. I'm going BW so that's why the +1 will show flush I think. +18 isn't enough to push out with BW to run flush. Every truck is different also.
I think my truck pushes out the wheels more than Poop's. Mine is 18 mm and am slightly tucked in under the BW fender flares with factory tires. I would expect them to be flush when I change my tires to 295's. I think 18 mm is a good choice for BW pocket style fender flares.
