2014 SR5/TRD, 3/2 Readylift; biggest 20”?

Hey guys I could really use some help here, I’m driving myself crazy! Here’s my setup:
2014 Crewmax SR5 TRD
3/2 Readylift Leveling Kit
Fuel 20x9 with +20 offset

I currently have 295/60/20 Nitto Trail Grapplers and they basically shredded the passenger side front plastic liner behind the bumper (mostly at full lock) I’m looking to fill up some of the open space in the wheel well and I don’t want to do any other mods or chopping. Any tire size suggestions? I was looking at 275/65/20 but I’m not sure. Please help!
