Max tire size on stock suspension?

Assuming wheel size is 20", what is the max tire size I can go up to without having to do any mods? I'm currently thinking of getting 275/60/20, but will a 65 ratio still fit?

Any other wheel/tire combo suggestions are welcome.

Thanks in advance.

I have a 2011 RW Crewmax and it came with 285/70/17 BFG KO Tires from the factory. To my knowledge I dont think there was anything different about the wheel spacing/suspension geometry between the RW and other Tundra packages. Had zero issues with rubbing even at full wheel turn.

I ended up going with 275/60/20. I believe the 65 would have caused a little rubbing. Plus if I went bigger, then might as well get it lifted.

And the correct answer is 37x12.5. Bone stock suspension including shocks with no lift whatsoever. No blocks, no shims, no shackles--absolutely nothing. Daily driver and the owner uses it as his work truck in oil fields.
