33 inch on stock 2017?

About time for some new tires. Looking to get something bigger. Anyone ever try 33 inch on a stock 2017? Not lifting truck yet due to two small kids under 2 years old.

I fit 33's on my 17 before I lifted the front/leveled. Had to bend the skid plate in at the edges a little bit.

Not the ones in my sig pic.

I do have rub on the rear mud flaps/body mount cover with the 33x12.5's, on 30mm offset. But that's my summer setup. The winter setup is actually 33.4", but on factory 20's. That is what did rub on the skid plate.

That rubbing is from your wheel offset, not the tire size.

My 2014 TSS had 285/55/20 BFG KOs stock, no lifting or level.
Theses stock TSS wheels are +55.
No rubbing at all.

I put those same tires on Anthem wheels +18 offset and had rubbing at full lock turning in reverse.
Removed front mudflaps, still rubbed, rear mudflaps were removed when flares were installed.
Ended up sending the wheels back because they wouldn't balance correctly.

Currently running 275/60/20 KO2 on the stock +55 wheels with no issues, but my front is currently lifted 2.5" with 6112s.

275/60r20 on 20x9 with +25 offset. Had to remove the front "spats" on bumper and heat and push in the mud flaps a little. They were just barely rubbing in reverse at full lock or close to full lock. 2019 Limited with no lift, 100% stock.

I had the 17” rock warrior TRD wheels on 33” ST Maxx on my 2010 tundra

If you go to 18, like I did, there is a way better selection

Yes, my 2010 Rock Warrior came with 17" wheels and 33" tires from the factory.

Do you have any more pics, different angles and such?
