Go with a 9" wheel. Offset in the +35 to +50mm range will minimize the chance that you will want a BMC. Your lift will not keep you from hitting the body mount if you hit a bump. You may get lucky with +25 or even +18. The BMC is no big deal IMO. It was more fun and less hassle than moving the liner forward. Get an angle grinder out and cut it!
These are the options you have with ~35s on 18" rims, normalized to 9" width rims. If you aren't offroading much, I'd go with 20" rims though, and 295/60r20s (~34") or 35x12.5r20.
