There is a company called colorlugs.com. they are like a rubber silicone cover that goes over your lug nuts... looks way better in my opinion. If you get them then go ahead and pay the extra couple bucks the the "remover".
Email color lugs if you have wheel locks. the wheel locks are not the same size as the lugs. It is just rubber pipe end caps. pretty ingenious of the color lug guy.
Yes, they are the 23mm - fit the lugs perfectly on our 2017 TRD pro. Jake is right though, ordered some for the 2015 4-runner TRD Pro that has the wheel locks and had to order the next size down for the locks, normal for the other lugs.
i also have the color lugs and have really liked them. go on easy, super cheap in terms of cost, look great on the truck
