Shop Recommendation - Richmond, VA

Looking for a good shop in the Richmond, VA area to install a front set of Bilstein 5100's, coachbuilder shims plus a new set of tires with mount, balance, and alignment. Anyone deal with the 4 Wheel Parts on Midlothian Turnpike? I've heard some horror stories from other 4WP shops, but the one in RVA has some good reviews and my experience has been good with them so far, just haven't had any parts installed there. Thanks for the feedback.
