How to remove/replace the stock front center bumper cover.

Bought my ‘16 Double Cab in spite of a dime sized indention in the front center plastic bumper. Would like to replace the bumper soon, but I cannot find any information or videos for the removal of just that center plastic cover. Does the whole bumper with the chrome ends have to be removed to access the fasteners for that center plastic cover. Is there a write-up or has anyone any experience to share on the topic?

The ends bolt on to the center from the inside, so you have to remove them, hence removing the entire bumper.
This explains the issue starting at the :45 mark

This might help you remove the grille and bumper...

Thanks for the quick support and the video links. I had previously watched a full bumper removal video, so your second video seems to be the easier route.

This video I linked below shows a factory original grill being removed if anyone else needs work from the stock state like I am. Just don’t do any of the cutting or clip removal from the grill since they are modifying the front end(stop watching once the video gets to 1:36)
