Clunking noise coming from DS front 2018 SR5 CM 4x4

Hi all, 2018 SR5 CM 4x4 that I just had 5100's put on and then alignment done. The Bilsteins are set at max height (2.5 I believe).
After I got the truck back I noticed that there was clunking sound coming from the drivers side front when I drove away after letting the truck sit for about 45 minutes to an hour. It only clunks when I straighten the wheel to drive away, and only does it once during the day, unless I stop somewhere for 45 minutes to an hour... it doesn't do it over bumps or wen the wheel is turned, etc.
I really feel it in the gas pedal if that has any relevance.

I brought the truck back to the mechanic and he said it could be the CVs making the clunking sound so he put a half-inch dif drop on it, but no luck, still makes that metallic clunk when driving away with the wheel straight. Again, it's definitely comoing from the drivers front side, not from the wheel, but a little further in towards the center.

Any ideas? This is driving me crazy, a two week old truck with clunking front end. My wife is LIVID and said this is what I get for messing with a new truck

Thanks

Are you sure it only happened after the lift?

Are you sure it's not just the ABS self test?

It definitely only happened after the lift and alignment. I am super sensitive to odd car noises and I would have noticed it before. I'll check into the ABS thing right away, it sounds similar. Thanks for the heads up on it. Would an ABS clunk be from only one side of the vehicle and would it cause me to feel it in the gas pedal?

I've never noticed it because like I mentioned in the other thread, my doorlocks are programmed to lock at the same time, so I don't hear it.
Changed the setting via techstream of when/if my doors lock, then I'm sure I would notice it.

In my case you can also feel it in the gas pedal. It's hard to miss.
