If you get one of these (a needle adapter) you can do all your ball joints and tie rod ends. Just don't pump them too full or the pressure will come back out the hole.



Also, one of these makes getting grease in a zerk much easier. Especially if you can't get straight enough to snap onto it without it leaking out the sides.

Called a Lincoln nozzle, you just push it up to the ball in the fitting. Also cuts out the aggravation of the gun getting stuck on the fitting.

How much grease should be pumped? I've heard anywhere between 1 to 2 pumps or until you flush out old grease. Not sure how much I should be pumping. Thanks!
