Mine looked the same after a steering wheel swap. It's a easy fix on your tie rod ends...
Curious, why the swap??

Leather wrapped. Instead of sewing an aftermarket one on, I purchased a Tacoma leather wheel because I like the grip perforations, it's a genuine Toyota product, and I felt the plastic one felt cheap.

Look at the alignment thread in the suspension forum. Then go to an actual alignment shop and have them hit those numbers. It will be straigh then.

Dealer did the same thing to me. They said "we got it as straight as we could". Well it wasnt. Independent shop had no problems doing it.

I'm more bothered you're getting 15.5 MPG.

My wheel was off very little and it bothered me. Took it to the dealer and figured they'd give some BS about within spec. They did a full alignment including castor and now it's perfect. No hassle at all.
