So I finally managed to conclude my project. Built a forged engine with trd SC, and ASP pulleys (modified 50mm SC pulley), and two DW400 fuel pumps. Got it tuned by HP tuners. Pretty happy with the performance, but I got lean spikes before shifting at WOT. Since the trd injectors duty cycle are maxed out, I am thinking about upgrading. Any advice which injectors to get. Thanks in advance.

2012 rcsb | TRD SC | 18" 41 series Procomp wheels| Valve body Mod | JBA Long tube headers | Airaid CAI | 2/4" SOSperformance LK | Caltracs TB

Sorry for the typo in the title, "injecters"should read injectors

Awesome work man!
Is it a custom made blower pulley or the regular one ASP and URD sell?
Got any dyno numbers from it yet?
https://www.ebay.com/itm/8-550cc-Fue...-/271965920347
These are supposed to be a direct fit, but I have not used them personally.
Or, if you have the money, you can have a set of custom fuel rails made that can take any injector you want.

2010 RCSB ([email protected] on NOS) - AWD conversion, Pauter rods, JE 8.5:1 pistons, Ti int & SS exh valves, Ti retainers, 5 angle valve job, P&P heads, TRD SC w/ 50mm pulley, ASP crank pulley, 84mm TB, SABM, IPT VB, JBA LTs, Killer Chiller, 1.25 Gal IC tank, Frozenboost 101 HE, IKH-24 plugs, A1000 FP, 2"/4" Belltech drop, weight reduction, NOS
2008 DCLB (331whp/336wtq) - AWD conversion, IS250 paddle shifters, 12" BP lift + 1" spacer + Toytec 3" shackles + 4" blocks, Airlift bags, 17" MotoMetals with 37x12.5 Coopers + 3" spacers, ARB frt bumper, KC 8" lights, flares, LEER canopy

Thanks I will check the link.

It is just the TVS 1900 based blower with ported inlet and 84mm TB. I ordered a set of pulleys from ASP, managed to increase the boost to 9 from 6 psi. A friend of mine has gevin me even a smaller SC to try (50mm). Now I can see 12 psi occasionally. Forgot to mention that I am using snow performance stage 2 W/M kit.

597hp on dynojet using 95 octane pump fuel.

How did you manage to install those in the tank?
Any pictures?

A local shop installed it for me, it requires modifications to the stock housin/canister. Unfortunately no pics.

Wow, that's a LOT of fuel delivery capacity considering all 8 injectors together only flow 250 lph max.
I think 800 lph from your twin pumps is good for close to 2000 hp as long as the fuel lines are increased in size.
Where did your friend get the 50mm pulley?
I am actually having a 2" (51mm) one custom made by a machine shop this month.
Have you done any quarter mile runs?

changing injectors unless your tuner can modify it,may not address the lean issue at shifting.the ecu pulls power right before shifts for transmission longevity,
it will give you more overhead room in all other cases however, always a good thing.

He got it customised by ASP if I remember correctly. You wouldn't want to try quarter miles specially with normal tires and Auburn lsd installed 🤣. Haven't tried it but would say mid/high 12s.

Yes luckily. The tuner recommended either Dynamics 725ID or DW 600c injectors. I would prefer direct fits. He also asked me to check the following link:
