Any updates for those with Ranger's Electric cooling fan kit?

I just wanted to see if anyone who has installed Ranger's electric cooling fan kit can report on their experience with the kit. Any changes in temperature, mileage, throttle response. Any other issues?

Thanks.

19 - 21 MPG @ 75 (17 - 18 Before)

Keep in mind that I have 22" wheels. Everything still works as it was on day one. As I said before, the temp. doesn't go over 193F ever, most of the time its around 188 F once the truck warms up, which happens a lot faster now. Performance gains are definitely there (equivalent to more than 20 HPs by my ET). No electronic issues what so ever, been raining for two weeks now and I've been through pressurized car washes without any problems.

This mod should have more priority than everything else... except a Supercharger, ALWAYS get the Supercharger

Why??? Because I would like to know an update on the fans. I didn't want my question to get lost in another thread that seems to be about the intial kit. Also, as you mentioned there are only a few people running the kit and I want to make sure they all see the thread and post their experiences. Plus I thought that a new thread with the benefits of this mod might spark some more interest in Rangers kit. Thats why.

Well I can only speak for my own kit at this point, as BRX and I are the only people that decided to pull the trigger. The fans are still working with no issues, but don't take my word for it ask BRX!

I think the fan kit is a huge improvement!

*Less Engine Noise (at start up and while driving)
*Engine doesn't feel like its dragging while accelerating
*Faster Warm up times
*It looks BA
*Easier belt change....

Also, I am not for sure, but I am pretty sure the OVER sensitive pedal commonly felt at low speed (parking lots). Is not theere anymore. I only drove on the setup for a week, but I did quite a bit of running around and never felt it...

I've been wanting to order this kit for awhile now, but I'm not very patient so I'm hoping that TexasRanger will eventually just have everything in stock and can ship it out the same day I order. I guess when that happens I will probably order the kit. Sounds silly, but I'm kind of impatient that way.

I will never keep all this stuff in stock because I still have shrouds from last batch that haven't sold yet. The fans take a couple of days to get and I have everything else except the controllers, with today's economy no one in there right mind is keeping things in stock.

Well worth the wait!!!

Not sure what the difference is.. Wait for TXRGR to get on instock ready to ship, or just order it and have it come when it comes.. I had an advantage though, I was in Afghanistan waiting to go on leave when I ordered mine..

Not knowing your financial situation and how quickly these kits sell, I can't argue with you. However, since I'm assuming you plan on continuing to sell these kits in the future I would assume it would make sense to have 1 or 2 kits in stock at all time for quick shipping. Then you would avoid the issue TRD_Tundra is experiencing with the controller.

Thanks.
