Tundra side view mirror parts

I have a 2014 tundra crewmax. Somehow the plastic cover on the underside of my side view mirror has been broken. Dealer can’t find the part without replacing whole mirror- not doing that. Anyone know where to find this plastic cover? See attachment

I doubt you'll find that cover anywhere from a new parts dealer..

I'd suggest a junk yard if you have one locally.
Take a plastic pry tool and pop one off.
Should be the same part for 2007 to current model Tundras.

If your truck is an SR5, no BSM or auto dim, @ToyotaOfCoolSprings sells them for $160 for the left / $223 for the right + shipping.
It is odd one side would cost more than the other.

It would bug me to have that part missing, but I have issues..

Learn it, know it, live it.

Garage
1) Buy 3D printer
2) Buy ABS filament
3) Build cabinet to heat said 3D printer (as ABS works best in higher temps)
4) Remove other side piece as reference
5) Model piece in Solidworks
6) Print piece
7) Print piece again because it's a bit too large
8) Print piece again because you just broke off the tab
9) Print many more to sell on eBay to offset the cost

People probably break off the passenger side more than the driver side.

I replaced the sidewiews on my 2010 crewmax from chrome to black and a mirror. I didn't buy entire mirrors. They have full blown out diagrams.

good luck

I have a set of factory mirrors (like new) off a 2012 tundra I'll give you, just pay for the shipping. I swapped them out for a set of trailer towing mirrors. I'm in Alabama
