Got them delivered today. Install took about 30 mins. Here are a few pics. I'll start a new thread on these. Finish is awesome.

Ready lift front spacer lift 3". Rear Toytec shackles in middle position.

Wheels are Fuel Mavericks 18x9 with 0 offset. Tires are Cooper Discoverer 295/70/18.

I installed mine yesterday. I have a small twist towards the front of the boards (driver and passenger). The boards aren't dead level and twist outwards towards the front. When looking at them from the side the front step area twists and shows more where the back is level. It's a little difficult to see, but I think you have the same issue according to your last pic. I hope I'm making sense lol.
