Unhappy Battery installed backwards

Okay here's the deal in a rush I put the battery in wrong and didn't see it until it was too late ,So what did I possibly fry? and where do I start looking for the problems? Right now it will crank, start briefly and die, strong fuel smell and none of the accessories are working.
Any help would be Great! Its a 2002 Tundra w/4.7
